    Chester Hopewell

Chester Hopewell is a poet, photographer and visual artist. Most known for his Telephone Pole Project, aimed to bring poetry to the streets, Hopewell constantly chases down inspiration and re-frames those sources to spark alternative ways of thinking. In a former life, he worked as an award-winning journalist, chronicling all facets of life in small-town America, interviewing interesting people of all stripes, and authoring two nonfiction books. Born and raised in the Northeast, Hopewell has spent the last decade living in the Southeast. He recently launched a Kickstarter project (http://kck.st/YfDpzF)
to publish a limited-edition chapbook of poems and photographs.
