Jess Turner is a poet from Pittsburgh. She received her MFA from Colorado State University, where she was awarded the 2020 Academy of American Poets Prize and worked as the managing editor for the Colorado Review and The Center for Literary Publishing. Her poems can be found in Iowa Review, Pleiades, Salt Hill Journal, Puerto del Sol, and RHINO, among others. She is currently an MLIS student at Simmons University, studying Archives Management in pursuit of working with writers’ archival materials.
